Salazar, the official in charge of the investigation, was unable to continue because Tim, as a member of the Hart city council, could have created a conflict of interest in the investigation.
The case was handed over to the Oceana County Sheriff’s Department after Salazar. They re-interviewed Tim and focused on Jamie Hathaway, the full-time nanny.
Jamie and Tim met at his office through a mutual friend and developed their friendship into a casual friendship, they discovered. She went to the park with Tim and the kids.
Jamie needed a place to stay, so Tim and Ann agreed to let her stay with them in their home. Things went well at first, but she began an affair with Tim a few months later.
She also moved out of the house, and according to her testimony in court, they attempted but failed to end their relationship. Tim told Jamie later that he was divorcing Lee-Ann.
Tim informed Jamie on the 28th that he had discussed the divorce with Lee-Ann and had agreed to let her move into her mother’s apartment. Jamie took their daughter out on the 29th morning.
Tim later admitted that he argued with Lee-Ann after Jamie took their daughter out, and that he fell over Lee-face, Ann’s losing his senses when he hit his head.
When he regained his composure, he discovered Lee-Ann dead. He changed his clothes and put them in the washing machine after emptying the bathtub water.
Who Is Tim Shannon Wife?
Lee-Ann Shannon, Tim Shannon’s wife, lived in Hart on Cortland Street. Tim called 9-1-1 nine years ago on December 29th, 2012, to report that his wife had died.
Officer Juan Salazar of the Hart City Police Department joined the rescue team at their home. Lee-body Ann’s was discovered in their bathtub. Her body was examined by the medical team.
Her body showed no signs of trauma, making her death suspicious. Adults do not usually die in bathtubs, according to their experience, and her physical stature indicated otherwise.

The emergency team arrived at Tim Shannon’s house after he dialed 911. Tim was standing at the front door with a cup of coffee in one hand when they arrived.

Tim led them to the bathroom, where they discovered Lee-body Ann’s in the bathtub. Officer Salazar interviewed Tim, conducted his preliminary investigation, and took photographs.
He discovered a large number of wine bottles as well as two children. They were also residing in the crime scene’s resident. Jamie Hathaway looked after the daughter, while grandparents looked after the son.
